Hi, I'm Josh, an applied AI product designer based in Orange County, California, with 14 years of craft behind the work. I bring structure and clarity to complicated systems, across consumer and enterprise products that need to be both powerful and easy to understand.
I've collaborated with teams at companies like Meta, Netgear, and Kelley Blue Book, translating complex requirements into cohesive products that teams can build and users can trust. These days I design with AI in the loop, using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Figma to take an idea from a rough concept to a working product faster than traditional cycles allow. The tools changed how fast I move. The thinking behind the work hasn't.
At the core, I'm motivated by a simple goal: taking something complicated and making it feel human. I care about the details most people never notice, and I'd rather make something genuinely good than just get it done.
Outside of design, I’m usually experimenting with guitar pedals or spending time with my wife and kids.
